As a Newborn Sleep Specialist, I am here to help you confidently navigate this exciting new chapter—answering your questions, providing valuable knowledge, and equipping you with tools to validate and soothe your little one's delicate emotions.

Starting Strong

This in-home session is designed for new parents or those looking to explore a new approach that prioritizes their newborn's emotional well-being.

  • 5-hour session to address your sleep concerns, demonstrate effective soothing techniques, thoroughly explain the plan, and discuss potential future challenges along with strategies to overcome them.
  • Unlimited text or email support for the following two weeks.
  • Two 30-minute phone calls to be used within one month of our time together.

Skill Seeker

Do you have a solid understanding of healthy sleep habits? This in-home session focuses on prioritizing your newborn’s emotional safety while also helping you acquire additional skills.

  • 90-minute session to evaluate your newborn's sleep space, offer guidance on soothing techniques, and explain details of the plan.
  • Unlimited text or email support for the following two weeks.
  • Two 30-minute phone calls to be used within one month of our time together.

Back On Track

This virtual session allows parents to voice their concerns and receive advice, focusing on their newborn's emotions, with the option of a sleep plan and additional support.
